This information follows an earlier report that Terraform Labs and its founder and former CEO Do Kwon have reached a settlement settlement.
It was revealed on Wednesday that the corporate agreed to pay a whopping $4.47 billion to settle a fraud case filed by the SEC following the agency's 2022 implosion.
The SEC filed its lawsuit in February of final yr, and in April it emerged that the regulator was searching for $5.3 billion from Terraform Labs and Do Kwon.
The $4.47 billion settlement is pending courtroom approval.
